The staff were kind, always greeting me with a smile. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and I enjoyed the lovely rooftop terrace offering fine views over Porto's city hall.
Breakfast selection was basic.

Girl at reception was extremely helpful with tips about where to go in the city, how to get around and locations of the main tourist sites. Room a good size (we had the family room) and breakfast on the roof was great....

The shower door was poorly designed, not closing properly!!! The exterior shutters were damaged and unusable. Maintenance issues like burned-out bulbs and visible water damage need immediate attention!!!

This place is severely overrated. The breakfast was shameful-a small selection, really? The noise from neighboring rooms is unbearable, i woke up at 6:30am because of some hairdryer! I expected complimentary snacks or a warm welcome for my 4-night stay, but it seems they forgot who i am. Cosmetics of the room screamed 1985. Disapointing!
